Top of the list is West Fork trail. It extends along the West Fork of Oak Creek, which is the famous and busy track ever. The start is close to the “Call O’ the Canyon” carport. You need to plan for a 2 to 3 hour round trip hike. This trail can be finished in 6 miles round trip.
